STR:

1.) Flash new build, and go through the FTU steps

Expected result: 
Statusbar Icons will show up as you step through (ie. Cell data icon shows up after cell screen, wifi icon shows up after icon screen, etc.)

Actual result:
No icons show up in FTU

Almost certainly this was caused by bug 1179723, but I didn't verify.

This issue is verified fixed in the latest Spark and Flame 2.5 master build.
The Status bar icons appear properly throughout the FTU.
