Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the accessible-event listener in a terminal
2. Load the test case
3. Press the "Toggle Alert" button

Expected results: Each time the alert is toggled to showing, an object:state-changed:showing and an object:children-changed:add event would each be emitted.

Actual results: Expected results without e10s; with e10s enabled these events are both missing.
this doesn't fix the children changed issue, but that's more general than dialogs, so I'll fix it separately.
