Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch the accessible-event listener in a terminal 2. Load the test case 3. Press the "Toggle Alert" button Expected results: Each time the alert is toggled to showing, an object:state-changed:showing and an object:children-changed:add event would each be emitted. Actual results: Expected results without e10s; with e10s enabled these events are both missing.

this doesn't fix the children changed issue, but that's more general than dialogs, so I'll fix it separately.

Backed out in https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/rev/46417b024895 - https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=15740583&repo=mozilla-inbound#L15838 makes me think you might have meant wrapper rather than atkObj.
