We should improve verbosity of the utterance that is generated for an accessible context. It seems to be too overwhelming at the moment.

We should keep full utterance for the current virtual cursor's pivot accessible, but for its pivot context (delta from previous position) we should only announce the most relevant information (e.g. name/role or even less) for relevant elements only. 

For example: if we land on an option in a listbox, from outside of a listbox, we could skip listbox role and only utter its name/label.

We don't use AccessFu anymore.
