Bluejeans offers an in-browser conferencing service, with multi-party voice, video, and screen-sharing.

They support WebRTC in Chrome, but insist upon using a plugin for Firefox. After testing this plugin with Firefox Nightly, it doesn't work, so the experience for Firefox users is very bad. This is unlikely to be a fault with Firefox. Firefox has almost complete feature parity with Chrome for WebRTC, so there are few good reasons for not supporting Firefox properly.

Please contact bluejeans and request that they update to using WebRTC in Firefox.

If there is something they need, we should find out what that is.
DevRel is reaching out to Blue Jeans to investigate. Thanks for raising awareness. :)

I've reached out to Blue Jeans' VP of Engineering, will update when I hear back.

I skimmed their blog, and the article at http://bluejeans.com/blog/long-live-web-rtc-1 which includes the line "In a few months, we will add support for Firefox and later on for the new Edge Browser that was recently released by Microsoft." So it looks like things are in the works, but hopefully reaching out can expedite things. :)
No response. Sent follow-up. Will attempt to reach other folks in the company if I don't hear anything by Thursday.
Just filed bug 1359478, in case anybody here is interested.
This seems to have been addressed in the time since this was opened. I tested the link at https://support.bluejeans.com/knowledge/join-from-browser and it seems to work OK.
