>> Feature Request Summary:
Pin lock timeout counts from last unlock, not from screen off

>> Description of feature, or problem to be solved
STR:

1. Set lockscreen to require a passcode "after 1 minute"
2. Use phone for 90 seconds
3. Turn screen off by pressing power button
4. Immediately turn screen back on
5. Unlock phone

What should happen:

1. The screen should unlock without requiring a passcode, since it has been off for less than 1 minute.

What actually happens:

1. The phone requires a passcode.

This seems like the wrong behavior; it appears that the phone is counting the time since it was last unlocked, rather than the time since the screen turned off. This is unlike other phones and desktop operating systems. For example, Mac OS X specifically describes the option as "Require Password [X minutes] after sleep or screensaver begins."

But what you need is not exactly the same with that, so I don't set the dup. But I think we can deal with these requests in one feature.
