Steps to reproduce:

1. I clicked on the "web developer tools" menu (the one with the wrench icon) on Firefox 42.0a2 Developer Edition, on Windows 7.

2. I pressed the Down key on my keyboard.


Actual results:

Nothing happened.


Expected results:

The focus should have been on the first entry of the menu and I should have been able to select it with the Enter key.
