>> Feature Request Summary: Meta theme-color gets stuck >> Description of feature, or problem to be solved I haven't been able to reproduce this, but recently I followed a link from Hacker News to a domain that used <meta name="theme-color" content="#000000">, which correctly made the browser chrome black. Navigating backwards in my history to return to Hacker News did not reset the theme color, so Hacker News was then shown with a black theme color. This persisted no matter how many times I navigated forward and backward between the two origins, and persisted across page refreshes on Hacker News. Upon closing and reopening the tab, the problem resolved.
