In amusing contrast to Bug 1196165, after two nights of the alarm not sounding, I ran into an instance of it refusing to stop sounding.

The alarm started properly at 8:00, I hit "snooze."
The alarm re-started properly at 8:10, I hit "snooze."
The alarm re-started properly at 8:20, I hit "turn off."

The alarm screen went away, but the alarm did not stop sounding. I unlocked the phone and checked the notification drawer. It was empty. I checked the Clock app, nothing was amiss, and toggling the entry for the alarm did nothing.

To silence it, I had to reboot my phone.
