Alarm doesn't sound

For two nights in a row this past weekend, my alarm failed to sound.

The phone woke properly and began vibrating at the defined time, but no audio played. Since I've had issues with this before, I had double-checked the sound levels in Settings and had toggled the ringtone back and forth to make sure it made a sound before I turned the screen off and went to sleep.

I came the second time late to work relying on the alarm to work.

Some of the sounds also don't work when selecting them as an alarm sound. So I assume that may be related.

Since one month or two, I have the same issue randomly.

I use the alarm every day (1 record on my phone)
