42.0a1 (2015-07-23) Linux Pressing Ctrl+K when the currently focused thing is either a text input element in the page or the browser's location bar no longer focuses the browser's search bar. Instead, any text to the right of the cursor in the currently-focused input gets deleted. I haven't tested on any other systems, or confirmed a regression range other than "recent". That said, gtk 3 was just enabled in bug 1186229, and this feels very much like a regression from that.

Apparently that's a default shortcut on gtk3's inputs (emacs-style shortcuts). :/ See bug 1176929.
