We only run Mulet tests on trunk via Taskcluster. Let's get them out of buildbot-configs to clean things up a bit.

lol, we don't even run linux64 Mulet builds on b2g37, even though we run OSX/Windows ones.

An informal poll on IRC says we can just drop the OSX/Windows Mulet builds on b2g37 while we're at it.
