From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i586; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221

A form is displayed, and mozilla correctly asks for the master password.
The correct password is entered, and mozilla fills in the form.
You hit the submit button.
Mozilla asks again for the master password.
You enter it, and everything is happy.
(if you click cancel, mozilla asks for it again, cancel again, mozilla asks
whether it should remember the form details).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to bugzilla's login form (which you previously stored your information for)
2. Mozilla requests master password, and fills in the details
3. Hit login
4. Mozilla requests master password again.

Master password option is set to "Ask first time".
Known bug in 0.9.7. it is fixed in cvs so if you want to get a nightly, the
problem is gone http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/
