STR:

1. Connect a Gmail account to your phone.
2. Configure it to check for new messages every 10 minutes
3. Wait

What should happen:

- You get notified of new messages every 10 minutes

What actually happens:

- I regularly see "Last sync: 3h ago" or "47 min ago", etc. Many potential sync intervals are missed, despite being in the same physical location with strong WiFi and LTE.

Ideally we'd have push notifications instead (Bug 1176900) of timed polling, but if we're going to use polling, it should at least work reliably.

I don't think intermittent issues like this should be lightly resolved worksforme. But I do think this is bug 1182358, so duping to that.
Resolution: WORKSFORME → DUPLICATE
FWIW, I'm still seeing this on the 2015-07-09 build from the dogfood channel.

Duping to Bug 1182358 looks correct from my end. Thanks!
