A MozillaBuild package was that included a roll back version of Python 2.7.3 for 2008 slaves.
This packages also includes the requested nsis 3.0b1.

It seeks that the hg portion of the package is relying on an emulator dll, maybe cygwin. This dll is not available for use in the environment in which buildbot runs.
