Details

After the implementation from bug 1158858, resizing the page causes the top part of the"Suggested/Sponsored" label to be visible, even if its tile is out of the page.

STR:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Navigate to about:newtab (make sure there is at least one Suggested/Sponsored Tile).
3. Resize the browser window until the row with the Suggested/Sponsored is out of view.

Results:
The top part of the Suggested/Sponsored label is visible.

Notes:
This issue reproduces on Mac OS X, Windows 7 64-bit and Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit.
It affects latest Nightly and Aurora.
