Description:
On Spark/Aries smartcollections are not present by default. However, they can be enabled by doing a long tap on the homescreen.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150610170534
2) Observe home screen.


Actual:
Smart Collections are not present.


Expected:
A Smart Collection icon is present on the home screen.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:


NI on Dale Harvey to see if this expected for spark devices.  Otherwise it's a smoke test failure, requesting a window if it is an issue for Spark.

Its expected, we are in the process of removing collections from the repo and they have been removed from the spark homescreen, it should be removed as a smoketest, cheers
