STR:
1. go to http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/05/opinion/edward-snowden-the-world-says-no-to-surveillance.html
2. look closely at the last readable line in the page.
3. press page down to scroll down.
4. look at the top of the page.
5. Notice we miss one line between the last readable line before page down and the first readable line after page down.

I think we already compensate in some way, but looks like we don't compensate enough. Can't we detect whether the new lines are not visible ?
