The builds use the following mozharness script:

...with the following config:

https://hg.mozilla.org/build/mozharness/file/42ad3e4d3b1d/configs/b2g/desktop_windows32.py

Both opt and debug variants need to be migrated.
This work might not be needed if all uses of Windows b2g desktop convert to Mulet, see bug 1191359.
