Description:
When the user enables USB Storage on the device, they are only able to view data on the inserted SD card.  The Internal storage volume does not appear, and is not viewable.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Xperia Z3 Compact (B2G) to 20150603164854
2) Open the Settings app 
3) Scroll down to USB Storage and enable it.
4) Plug the device into a computer via USB and view the attached storage.

Actual:
The internal storage is not viewable via USB Storage sharing. Only inserted SD card.

Expected:
Internal storage appears via USB Storage sharing properly.

It's not really a hardware limitation. It's more about how internal storage is laid out.

In order to share the internal sdcard, it needs to be in a partition of its own and needs to be formatted as VFAT.

The flame is setup this way, with a separate data and internal sdcard partitions.

aries (and most newer phones - like the nexus 4/5) use a single shared partition for storing data and sdcard. For phones setup this way, the internal sdcard can't be shared using UMS, only MTP.

Closing this due to description of problem in comment 5. We're switching to MTP by default in bug 1171556.
