Steps to reproduce:

- On Windows 7|8|8.1 launch the built-in screen magnifier with key Windows + "+".
- Go to an HTML5 video : https://youtu.be/3YSkBGJjUkg
- Activate fullscreen mode
- Press Windows + escape to quit screen magnifier


Actual results:

The fullscreen exit when press Windows + escape


Expected results:

The fullscreen mode will be exited only using the escape key

I can confirm the mentioned issue and hope we'll see a fix sooner than later. For people with low vision this is a serious issue.

Aza, do you think it could be possible for the Firefox a11y team to determine if this problem should be figured out on Firefox side or on the Windows built-in screen magnifier side and why?
