We should make the deleteSession command in the listener blocking. Marionette currently responds to the client before the listener(s) have properly been torn down. I couldn't find any evidence that this is currently a problem, but that seems mostly incidental. We're relying on the fact that deleteSession does only a little amount of computation.

deleteSession in listener.js has since been removed.
