after renaming a tracking flag, REST gets of bugs failed with the following error int he apache log: Can't locate object method "cf_status_thunderbird_esr39" via package "Bugzilla::Bug" errors. restarting apache didn't fix the issue, it was only after i cleared all memcached entries did things start working again.
