Atk doesn't seem to use this stuff.

The range related methods at the end of nsIAccessibleText.idl aren't used by any backend, 
so this might be that last proxy patch for method/attributes related to that .idl interface.
Other nsIAccessible*Text*.idl of course need still work.
(I tend to look at .idl files to find stuff which need ipc proxies)
