We should add the diff output of builder lists and dump_masters to our existing travis testing on github. This will give patch authors a better idea of whether their patch does what they intend prior to submission.

Because this output is informational rather than diagnostic, the tests should always pass unless the script actually fails, e.g an empty diff is perfectly acceptable for a patch that doesn't change the builder lists.
