Near the end of my compilation (`./mach build`) I get this message:

    11:19.16 Notification center failed: The name org.freedesktop.Notifications was not provided by any .service files

We shouldn't try to send the notification if it's not available on the system.  Or, in case it fails for this reason, we shouldn't bother the user about it.
