:Fallen needs to run some jobs on his master attached to dev-master, to do so we need to point some slaves at it.

I'm pointing some production slaves, without doing the full loan process for now. These are all test slaves, and are explicitly not a "permanent loan" to this master, (we don't have the capacity atm for windows/osx to make these long-term)

So I'm using a seperate bug to track, his access to the master is in Bug 1117811

Locked the following hosts to sm-fallen-test in slavealloc:

* t-snow-r4-0009
* talos-mtnlion-r5-007
* talos-linux64-ix-099
* t-w732-ix-014

All need reimages when being returned. I chose to use an in-house linux host here since it means I don't need to fiddle with AWS manually to keep it from shutting down.
Unfortunately the slaves are not showing up as connected here: http://dev-master1.srv.releng.scl3.mozilla.com:8951/builders

Any ideas?
It was a password issue mostly, but for some reason t-w732-ix-014 is not connecting, although previous debug showed some attempts.

Another thing, philor asked to return the 10.8 slave, but as I see it Thunderbird runs mozmill tests exclusively on 10.8, so I will need to keep this slave. I could likely give back the 10.6 slave though.

looks like you had some issues earlier with formatting/encoding Buildslaves.py as I saw a similar errors not only with t-w732-ix-014 but with you other slaves too in twistd.log.

However, I couldn't see any current issues with t-w732-ix-014 and password setup so I simply kicked buildslave (restarted buildbot on t-w732-ix-014) and voila it looks good now:

2015-01-18 21:13:56-0800 [-] twistd 10.2.0 (C:\mozilla-build\buildbotve\scripts\python.exe 2.7.3) starting up.

2015-01-18 21:13:56-0800 [Broker,client] Connected to dev-master1.srv.releng.scl3.mozilla.com:9951; slave is ready

I can help poke further if this doesn't solve your problem
Assigning to :Fallen. Please un-assign once your done with the slaves and we'll reclaim them.

I think you can take them back for now, the patches I was working on are almost r+. I'll ask for new slaves if I need further testing.
