The paging links on the HB error pages are busted. Similar issue to bug #1107161. We can probably just lift the fix.

Landed a fix in https://github.com/mozilla/fjord/commit/9e3cec6c6c934559e0500697c73a8e604debc7eb I skipped the PR/review step because this affects the analyzer view only. I'll push it out on Monday.
