Details
I learned while trying to deploy the Mercurial upgrade that the ONLY systems we currently have imaged with 10.9 is the mac v2 signing. This is going to bite us with puppet changes and other package deploys in the future, because its harder to create/stage/etc packages for signing-only. And since nothing else is going to be using 10.9

Looks like the mdc* mac signing servers are 10.10.5.
