Currently we have a generic feedback form and a development version of the generic feedback form in parallel on the site. You can access the development version by adding ?feedbackdev=1 in the querystring which triggers the waffle flag the form is hidden behind.

When the strings have been translated in our P1 locales, we need to ditch the old generic feedback form and replace it with the new development version.

This bug covers that work.

**Note that we want to continue to have the waffle flag and the parallel development form because we're going to use it for future development.**

Several of the P1 locales didn't finish translating the form: fr, hu, ru and tr. However, we're out of time since there's a freeze on deploys starting tomorrow and lasting until December 7th.

We decided it's better to push the form out now because it fixes a lot of issues despite missing translations. Hopefully those translations can be finished soon. We'll be able to update them on December 7th.

I'm going to watch numbers for a while and make sure everything is ok. If everything continues to be fine, I'll close this bug out.

Everything looks good. Still needs translations for fr, hu, ru and tr. We'll push them out as they happen.
