Joni, I just realized I never explicitly pointed this out to the SUMO team. Our DNT pref UI will change in Firefox 36, so we probably need to update the kb article. We're making the UI simpler, so hopefully this will be easier for users to understand :)

It looks like the desktop patches didn't land yet, but they will probably land in 37, and they're doing the same thing.

Yes, it should be in 36.

In my Firefox 36 beta I see that DNT is a checkbox now, as opposed to a tri-state pref in 35. It's a somewhat subtle change, so it might not be immediately obvious. Hopefully that helps!
