Description:
After setting the the accessibility option color filter to invert, and toggling the contrast bar all the way, then opening a web page in the browser the web page is cut in half when switched to landscape mode.
  

Prerequisites:
In settings go to accessibility, color filters turn on color filter and invert.
Make sure in display settings lock orientation is off   

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140905000202
2) Open browser to website or opening window
3) Tilt phone sideways to initiate landscape mode

Actual:
Half of the browser site is shown with the other half empty 


Expected:
Full website displayed

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.2 (319mb),Open C 2.2, Flame 2.1(512mb), Open C 2.1, 

When Color filter is on and contrast is set browser is cut in half 
in landscape

This issue does not occur on Flame 2.0(319mb), and Open C 2.0 Flame 1.4 (319mb) 1.4 Open C

Accessibility was not implemented till 2.1

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

This looks really bad. Half the screen is cutoff when viewing webpages in landscape mode. Nominating this 2.1?

Yes it is.  After the settings option is implemented to change the contrast/set to grayscale rather than modifying user pref, this bug has become more easier to repro.
