We need to be able to see what's going into Input via the hb api. It's possible the hb api is bringing in privacy data, so we need to make sure it's available to specific people only.

This bug covers writing up a view in the analyzer section for incoming api data. For now, it'll just show the most recent 100 hb posts. We'll expect to enhance it as needs arise.
