When Input doesn't index the response and/or when we're reindexing everything, responses should be viewable even if they're not in the index. For example, this is kicking up errors right now because it's not indexed: https://input.mozilla.org/en-US/dashboard/response/4543744/ I'm pretty sure it's the MLT call that's kicking up an http 404 which isn't handled in the view. Might be as easy as fixing that. Given that we had a bunch of problems with rabbitmq this week and that I do reindex periodically, seems prudent to fix this soon.

Pushed this out just now. It's hard to test without bringing down ES, though. I'm going to mark it fixed. If it's busted, I'll get error email.
