Steps to reproduce:

Right-click the page - or, in Windows, use the Menu button on the keyboard - and then press R.


Actual results:

In a clean installation, the system beeps and nothing happens.

If an extension is installed that adds a menu item beginning in "R" (e.g., RequestPolicy), that menu item is activated instead.


Expected results:

The page is reloaded.
