Details
To keep a pull request has only one build job on Travis avoids doing job for useless commit in a pull request. We could force close the old travis build of a pull request, if the pull request requests a new travis build. It could make sure that one pull request only has one running build job on Travis. Thanks.

Only when someone is trying to do a "intermittent" try and then a "normal" try, it's maybe not desirable, but that's rare and could be worked around by waiting for the end of the intermittent build.
