I reworked the index admin page in Kitsune and it's a lot easier to use now. We should incorporate the same changes for Fjord:

1. add a "reindexing" option for when we need to reindex things and didn't do a mapping change

2. move the indexing records to the bottom

3. add outstanding indexing records section to top when the system is currently reindexing

Bumping this up to the top of the queue. We keep having problems with connecting to rabbitmq which means that there are a bunch of items that aren't indexed.

It's a pain in the ass to delete-and-reindex everything for everyone.

Ergo, we really need a non-destructive reindexing.

It might be even better to have a "make sure everything is in the index" kind of thing. I'd have to poke around to see if that's possible and whether it'd be faster to execute.

Going to mark this as FIXED now before it makes it to production since it only affects me.
