Comment from AaronMT: "If I opt to remove everything on about:home, I don't want to see anything repopulate the next time I visit about:home. If I remove everything it would be nice if Firefox took notice and asked if I'd like to just turn the feature off"

Let's try this. A dialog mockup is attached.
More of my thinking; it would be nice if Firefox took notice that I am completely clearing about:home and offered me a choice to handle it for the future by asking if I want to resume using the feature. I think allowing as much customizability to about:home is important since we dont have custom home-pages.

Also, in what other instances would this dialog appear?
