Dear Tim,

It seems this issue is caused by the changes from Bug 802366.
  - "in-process-browser-frame-shown" should be renamed as "in-process-browser-or-app-frame-shown".

I would suggest we apply the attached patch if you think it is OK.

The patch does indeed fix this issue. I think we should land this ASAP. Not sure if I can give r+ for such a tiny change.

I've seen a similar issue after I did something funky in First Run...  not sure if it's the same issue or a different.  I still have to find steps to repro.

Basically the keyboard would not come up with any field
