Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-stage and your tablet (Android 4.2.1) in portrait mode
2. Go to "Popular" page 

Expected results:
There are no display or layout issues.

Actual results:
The page title has no left-margin.

Notes/Issues:
Issue is also reproducing on My Apps, New, Recommended, Settings or Search Results pages. Issue can be seen on desktop using Responsive Design View for 700px-1050px.
Verified on FF42(Android 4.2.1). Issue is reproducing on MP-stage and MP-dev.

The issue was verified as fixed in MP-dev FF43(Android 4.2.1) in portrait mode for almost all pages.
The issue is still reproducing for Feedback page.
