Step to reproduce:
1. Open detail page for a website.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Expected results:
The page can only be scrolled as long as there are information to be displayed.

Actual results:
The page can be scrolled more than necessary and a gray padding can be seen at the bottom of the page.

Notes/Issues:
Issue can be reproduced in marketplace-dev
Verified in FFOS 2.0, 2.1, 3.0 (Flame), FF41 In Android 4.2.1

The issue is still reproducing in FFOS 2.0, 3.0 (Flame),  FF41(Android 4.2.1)

I don't think we can fix this easily, the mobile nav depends on the page having a min-height. I forget the exact reason why, but wontfixing this.

Actually, it should be fixed. But it's not part of MEOW.

Can the following be solution?

Basically removing the scroll for  less content pages.

Verified as fixed in FFOS 2.0 (Flame) FF42(Android 4.2.1)
