Details

In bug #1127123, we decomissioned the input-dev system. We never really used it and having fewer things seems easier for everyone.

This bug covers all the fjord-related follow through.

1. remove any mention of input-dev.allizom.org from the docs
2. remove input-dev.allizom.org from the code
3. anything else?
