Last week, Ricky did the implementation work for getting Fjord testing working with Travis-CI.

Now that we're using Travis, we no longer need Jenkins.

This bug covers doing all the things we need to do to stop using Jenkins:

1. remove jenkins scripts
2. is there a webhook set up in github?
3. ask Lonnen what we need to do to remove Fjord data from Jenkins

I see a leeroy webhook in github and removed that. But leeroy wasn't working for fjord anyhow, so I'm not sure that helped at all.

I got access to fjordprefect bot on heroku (input-jig) and nixed the jenkins bits.

I deleted the project on jenkins.
