The custom views are missing from the admin. These include the "let's reindex all the things" view, the "what do the settings look like?" view, and a few others that are somewhat important. I'm guessing we lost the custom views when we upgraded a bunch of libraries including Django and django-adminplus last week. This bug covers getting the custom views working again.

This is a big deal, so I made it a P1. Grabbing it to work on soon.
