The model we have now for the hb app is one we created for Heartbeat v1.

Heartbeat v2 has a new packet shape and requires a new data model.

This bug covers:

1. ditching the current model and db table
2. creating a new model that matches the Heartbeat v2 requirements and db table

I think I'm just waiting on Gregg for a thumbs-up in regards to a finalized list of what we're capturing and the data types. After that, I can start building things.

I talked with Gregg. I'm going to start with the data model in the Google docs spreadsheet. If I have questions, I'll ask Gregg. If we have to change it later, then we'll change it later.

I can't push this to production until Monday, so I'll wait to mark it FIXED.
