Currently, the POST API can capture a user agent, but doesn't do anything with it.

This bug covers changing that so that if a user agent is provided, it infers things from the user agent and populates the browser, browser_version and browser_platform fields.
Grabbing this and fixing the "Depends" field. Oopsie!
