We periodically talk about adding some infrastructure so we can classify feedback for a given product into buckets. This is something anyone could do and it's an easy first pass that results in potentially better data.

We're going to do a minimum viable implementation, so the following are requirements:

1. one category per response

2. categories are not checked; this is not a foreign key to another table that needs to be maintained

3. categories will be strings and the column will be 30 characters


This bug covers adding a "category" field to the feedback_response table and the Input API.
Adding whiteboard data and grabbing it.

I'm going to implement this next since I think we're going to use this for Loop.
